We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Best aspects include the clean facilities, ample hotel amenities, and a convenient location very near the beach. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast and found the staff to be helpful and courteous. In addition, ample parking and transportation were available, making it easy to explore the beautiful beaches in-and-around the city.

Nothing to fault. The hotel provided an ideal stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Just about everything. The hotel staff were courteous, the room was enormous and comfortable.

The cooks in the restaurant who were lethargic and constantly disappeared making it difficult to get service. Also, the shower rose holder in the bathroom was broken making it difficult to shower.

The food here is just fantastic, the furniture is modern, and it's a short walk to Jin Bei Casino.

bathrooms were badly kept, no shower curtain and a hand shower that would soak the bathroom. Some staff very nice, some rude.

The location of the hotel is great, just a stone's throw away from beautiful beaches like Ocheuteal and Otres. the rooms come with nice amenities, like a bathtub with rose petals. the breakfast buffet is generous with plenty of variety on offer.

The state of the hotel is concerning as it is in desperate need of renovation and improvement.

Great location,walking distance to the main beaches and to down town. Good buffet breakfast if you went before 9.30 otherwise you could only choose from the left overs. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially with bookings.

The bath did leak, after every shower the floor was a flooded.

Wonderful pool, clean room, good A/C, great breakfast, reasonable price. Staff helpful and friendly. Convenient location near beach.

Can't fault property in any way.

Family friendly. Provided cot for baby to sleep in, high chair in the restaurant and even arranged a babysitter to come and sit in the hotel room (albeit a little expensive- it was our 2nd date night since baby was born 10 months ago so TOTALLY worth it!). Very close to beachfront (5 min walk), but far enouh away from the backpackers area and party hotels/ gust houses etc.. to be quieter. Breakfast serving times were good- 6.30am-10 (ideal with a little one). Food was good. Helpful and friendly staff with good English.

Swimming pool was a little bit murky and we only swam once as we were a little concerned about little one drinking the water!

Qualificated staff, good rooms for this price, nice pool.

Very noisy, construction noise since early morning till evening every day. Very loud bizarre karaoke evening sessions sometimes. Little ants in rooms. Sometimes bad smell in bath.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the location near the beautiful beach.

All was satisfactory; no improvements needed.

Nothing for the money it cost

Booked the hotel specifically for a relaxing break, to find that noisy building work was going at the side of the pool from 7:30 in the morning until 6ish in the evening. We had booked for 3 nights, but because of the booking sites t&c's they would not let us cancel and we had to stay for the 1st night, and then we were unable to wash or shower as the water was completely brown, and disgusting, we told them about this and they had nothing to say.
